So I use firefox for web development, chrome for the fun of chrome and I kinda forgot about safari until the release of Safari 5and now the addition of extensions.

Design UI by hand
I came across this paper browser on The Behance Network, its a great template for sketching your web layout ideas. Along with a great UI stencil I got from Design Commision, I could sketch all day. Design commission also carry iPhone and iPad stencils.
